Seeking DEIB Brand Ambassadors

We are seeking DEIB Brand Ambassadors to join our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging program! This is a unique opportunity to be a changemaker within your senior living community and team.

What is a DEIB Brand Ambassador?

DEIB Brand Ambassadors represent their community and share insights on what celebrations, observances, and initiatives matter most to them and the people they work with. This is an opportunity to directly influence how we honor the people we serve by celebrating diversity and fostering a culture of belonging!

Duties include:

• Act as a liaison between Inclusion Advocates and your community to spread awareness of campaigns and cultural moments

• Encourage participation in story collections, photo submissions, or other calls to action for company-wide employee/community spotlights

• Conduct in-person People Conversations on various DEIB topics at all-staff meetings (curriculum will be provided ahead of time)

• Share successes, concerns, needs, and suggestions with our Inclusion

Advocates on how we can best foster an environment of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging

The estimated time commitment is about one to two hours per month. We invite you to join this endeavor to foster a more inclusive culture.

About our DEIB program

Our people are the heart of our company. We are dedicated to diverse voices within our teams and building a culture of inclusion. These voices make up our team and help our senior living communities thrive.

At Areté Living, we value diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Our DEIB program features four pillars: People, Education, Talent, and Community. Pillar leaders and members are our Inclusion Advocates. These pillars are led by the DEIB Council and supported by Branding and Storytelling.

The DEIB Brand Ambassador program is an initiative of the People Pillar. Ambassadors will work directly with the People Pillar and serve as a champion of DEIB initiatives in their senior living community.
