We're thrilled to announce Avamere at Seaside's deficiency-free state survey! The survey was conducted November 3-5, 2025. This on-site inspection conducted by the Department of Human Services (DHS) is based on state compliance guidelines. It examines resident quality of care and quality of life, dietary services, fire safety, and environmental services.
