Payroll Notification

Update 8/10/22 at 8 p.m.

Good evening,

We have confirmation from the bank that all community payrolls have been received and will be issued as ACH tonight. You should receive your paycheck via direct deposit first thing tomorrow morning. Thank you again for your patience and understanding as we resolved this issue. Not receiving your earned pay is unacceptable. I will not attempt any excuse as there is no acceptable reason. I’m very sorry that this occurred and for any hardship it caused. We will certainly cover any fees or expenses caused by the delay. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me anytime.

We have been made aware of a payroll processing issue which is affecting most Avamere skilled nursing, Avamere community-based care, and Arete Living employees. We are actively researching the issue and will provide an update as soon as we know why this issue occurred. I’m so sorry for the delay.
