It's time to enroll in benefits!
Enrollment Dates: November 10-28, 2025
NOTE: This does not apply to Ovation communities. Ovation communities have a separate benefit process.
All enrollments are completed through our UKG, so make sure you can log in and participate before enrollment begins!
Areté Living’s annual open enrollment began November 10th for a benefit start date of January 1, 2026. This is a time for employees to make changes, elect, or drop benefits without the requirement of a “qualifying event.” We encourage you to take advantage of this time to make changes that best accommodate you and your family.
If no action is taken, all benefits, except the flexible spending accounts (FSA), will roll into the 2026 plan year.
Attached at the bottom of this article are important documents outlining the benefits. Be sure to review and save.
It’s easy to enroll:
1. Go to the UKG Pro Login.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Follow the prompts to make your benefit selections.
4. Review your selections and dependent elections, then submit to complete enrollment.

To help provide the best possible support, the benefits team is hosting two webinars highlighting changes, explaining the enrollment process, and answering questions.
Oregon and Home Office
The webinar for Oregon communities and the home office was held Nov. 11 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time. A replay is below.
Non-Oregon & 5 Oregon Communities
The webinar for non-Oregon communities plus Desert Sage (both communities), Gilman Grove, Grande Ronde, and The Oaks at Lebanon was hosted Nov. 13 at 9 a.m. Pacific Time.

Important Note: All current Flexible Spending Accounts will end on 12/31/2025. Those who are currently enrolled will need to re-elect if they want to participate.
