New Regional Director of Operations

Introducing our newest Regional Director of Operations, Ken Alexander!

Ken, LNHA, holds over 15 years of leadership experience in the senior living industry. He has served with Avamere since 2019 and is based in Spokane, Washington.

Through his career, Ken has obtained deficiency-free surveys in the buildings he managed and maintained a CMS 5-star rating for several consecutive years. He has achieved if not exceeded budgeted expectations at every long-term care community he has led.

Ken and his wife Julie have four adult children, seven grandchildren with one on the way, and a Doberman named Thor who thinks he’s a lapdog, even at 85 pounds. In his free time, Ken enjoys lifting weights and the great outdoors mountain biking, hiking, camping, snowboarding, and skiing.
