Meet Nicole Hanna, Executive Director with Avamere at Cheyenne in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Nicole builds a culture of dedication and support by truly working alongside her team. She has worked in nearly every position in healthcare – from medication aide to chef and even maintenance – and today as Executive Director, she steps in to help her team.

“I’m never going to ask this team to do something I’m not willing to do,” she stated.

In her time with Avamere at Cheyenne, the team improved their state survey, earning the highest possible score.

“The excitement is so much bigger,” Nicole shared. “When [residents] present us something that they want, they see that it’s going to get done, and to the best of our ability.”
