Inspire community engagement in activities, including events, retreats, and educational programs that cultivate a culture of belonging

Seeking New DEIB Pillar Members
We're also seeking new members to join our Education and People pillars!
Joining our pillars as an inclusion advocate is another opportunity to be involved in this important work. This is a volunteer opportunity, and workload will vary depending on current projects. Inclusion advocates should expect to devote about 2-5 hours a month, with the possibility of more hours during the height of projects.

Education Pillar
Mission: Source and organize educational opportunities
Vision: Set the standard for inclusive, innovative learning by leveraging virtual e-learning and in-person programs, ensuring every team member has access to diversity, equity, and inclusion education.
People Pillar
Mission: Identify key employee needs, celebrations, and experiences
Vision: Create exceptional employee experiences through dynamic programming, inspiring a culture of continuous engagement, transparent feedback, and growth across our organization and communities.
