Sara Sutherland Celebrates 20 Years

Sara Sutherland, Director of Education, celebrated her 20th work anniversary on June 28, 2022. Through her journey with Avamere and Arete Living, Sara has served as a business office manager, executive director, regional director of operations, and today as the Director of Education.

During her time as an executive director, she successfully earned four deficiency-free state surveys, the highest possible rating. Today Sara spearheads employee education and training. She is passionate about discovering opportunities for educational and continuous quality improvement to obtain outstanding employee and resident satisfaction.

Sara’s exceptional work and leadership skills have been recognized locally and state-wide:
