Make a Difference for a Teammate

The Avamere Family Foundation was established in 2021 to support employees through unexpected life events and emergency financial needs. Recognizing the care and dedication that employees offer to residents, the foundation in turn aids employees when they need it most.

Since the foundation’s beginnings, they have extended grants to 68 individuals.

• 13 were on medical leave related to COVID-19

• 11 were on medical leave following surgery

• 11 were on family leave

• 8 were on medical leave following an illness or accident

• 7 experienced a family death

• 5 had a house fire

• 4 were in a car accident

These are just a few of the many people who received much-needed assistance in a challenging time.

Employee contributions are vital to the foundation’s ability to continue offering these grants. Any amount helps greatly and goes directly to making a difference for grand recipients.

You can easily donate right from your paycheck using the UKG (UltiPro) app or at AvamereFamilyFoundation.org. If you need assistance, contact your HR representative to help set up this valuable contribution.

How to donate from your paycheck:

• Download and open the UKG Pro (UltiPro) app

• Enter the company access code as one word: AvamereGroup

• Log in using your credentials

• From the main menu, select “giving”

• Select the Avamere Family Foundation campaign

• Enter your donation amount – you can select a one-time donation or set up recurring donations from your paycheck

• Submit

• Authorize donation deduction from your paycheck
