Jake Rush is the Executive Chef with The Stafford in Lake Oswego, Oregon, where he has worked since 2019.
Jake and his team have full creative control of their restaurant menu. As part of Jake’s process, he considers fresh, in-season food and what his residents and guests will enjoy.
Jake’s passion is wild game cooking and processing. He also enjoys BBQ, slow cooking, and smoking food. He appreciates dishes that incorporate a multitude of flavor profiles and is into classical cooking techniques.
Jake earned his culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu.
