Applying for Internal Jobs

There’s a new way to switch positions within Arete Living! Fill out an application through our internal jobs page in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group, previously known as UltiPro).

UKG is where employees can view pay stubs, W2s, and other employee information. Now you can also apply for jobs within the organization!

Here’s how:

1. Log into UKG at https://n13.ultipro.com/default.aspx.

2. Select the “Myself” tab, “My Company,” then “View Opportunities.”

3. View and apply for jobs!
